By downloading, accessing, or using Transformly, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
Who operates Transformly
Transformly is operated by individual entrepreneur Afig Aliyev (VOEN 2101596362). “We,” “us,” and “Transformly” in these Terms mean that operator. Subscriptions purchased on transformly.app are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our merchant of record and authorised reseller; Paddle handles payment, invoicing, tax, and refunds for those purchases, and its name may appear on your bank statement.

Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Transformly. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
The service
Transformly is an AI-powered nutrition and body-recomposition tracker. It lets you scan meals to estimate calories and macros, build a personalized plan, log your weight and body composition, and follow your progress over time. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the service.
Your account
Transformly uses passwordless sign-in — by email one-time code, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email and sign-in methods secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions & billing
Transformly offers an optional paid subscription, Transformly Pro. You can buy it in two places, and you only need one — a subscription bought either way unlocks Pro on both iPhone and Android. Current prices are on our pricing page.
Bought on transformly.app
- Sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Payment is taken when you confirm the purchase, and the price, currency, and any tax are shown before you pay.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price — yearly or monthly, as chosen — until you cancel. The renewal price and cadence are stated next to the purchase button.
- Cancel anytime from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep Pro until the paid period ends.
- Full refund within 7 days of your first payment, for any reason. See our refund policy for the details.
- After paying, install the app and sign in with the same email address you paid with — Pro activates on that account automatically.
Bought inside the app
- Sold and billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, subject to those stores’ terms, with weekly and annual options and a free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If you start a free trial and don’t cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Transformly account does not cancel your store subscription — you must cancel it separately.
- Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we generally cannot issue those refunds directly.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or others’ accounts.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or build a competing product from the service.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to submit.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Health, nutrition & AI disclaimer
Transformly provides nutrition estimates and general wellness information for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
AI-generated calorie and macro estimates are approximations and may be inaccurate. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional before making decisions about your diet, exercise, or health — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of disordered eating. Your reliance on the app is at your own risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant Transformly a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you — including sending meal images or text to our AI provider to estimate nutrition, as described in our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
Intellectual property
The Transformly app, the “Transformly” name and logo, and all related software, design, and content are owned by Transformly and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Transformly and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account, or see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users. On deletion, your data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy; any store subscription must be cancelled separately.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that nutrition estimates will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transformly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service or your reliance on any nutrition estimate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Transformly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Transformly’s principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where the mandatory consumer- protection laws of your country of residence grant you additional rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
