Delete in the app (fastest)
The quickest way to delete your account is directly in the app. This removes your account and data immediately and permanently.
- Open the Transformly app on your phone.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account and data are erased right away.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly erases everything tied to it:
- Your account and sign-in identity (email and any connected Apple/Google sign-in).
- Your profile and body metrics — date of birth, height, weight, body-fat, lean mass, goals, and targets.
- All meals and food photos, and every scan and its results.
- Your weights, trends, and progress photos.
- Your preferences and registered devices.
- Your local subscription records held by Transformly.
Your photos are also removed from our encrypted storage. This is a cascading hard delete — the data is gone, not hidden or archived.
What we keep
To prevent abuse and meet legal obligations, we retain only a minimal record noting that an account was deleted (and when) for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently purged. This record contains no meals, photos, or body metrics.
Cancel your subscription separately
Important: Deleting your Transformly account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you must cancel yours in your store account to stop future charges.
- iPhone / iPad: open App Store subscriptions (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), select Transformly, and cancel.
- Android: open Google Play subscriptions, select Transformly, and cancel.
Can’t open the app? Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can still request deletion. Email us from the email address on your account so we can verify it’s you:
- Send an email to [email protected] from your account email address.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account.”
We’ll verify your request and permanently delete your account and data, and confirm when it’s done — normally within 30 days.
