Measura

Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Measura, an iPhone app that measures distances using the camera and augmented reality. By downloading or using Measura, you agree to them.

Measurements are estimates Measura estimates distances from your device's camera and motion sensors. Accuracy depends on lighting, surfaces, and your device. Do not rely on Measura for professional, structural, medical, legal, or safety-critical purposes. For anything where an error would matter, verify with a physical measuring tool.

Your purchase

Measura offers one measurement for free. Unlocking the full app is a single, one-time purchase — not a subscription. Once bought, it is yours on the Apple Account used to buy it, including through Family Sharing where enabled. You can restore the purchase at any time from within the app. The bubble level is free and needs no purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are requested through Apple, not through us, per the App Store's terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Measura on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

Use Measura lawfully and respect others' privacy when pointing your camera. You are responsible for how you use measurements you take.

No warranty

Measura is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that measurements will be accurate or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afig Aliyev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Measura, including any decision made in reliance on a measurement.

Apple

The standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to Measura. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA differ, the term more protective of you as the end user applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or for any claims relating to it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
