Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Ejecta, an iPhone app that plays a low tone to push water out of your phone's speaker. By downloading or using Ejecta, you agree to them.
Volume and hearing
Ejecta is designed to be used at high volume, and the tone generator can hold loud tones at any frequency you choose. Do not hold the speaker against your ear while a cycle or a tone is playing. Use it at a sensible distance, and stop if it is uncomfortable.
Your purchase
The 60-second eject cycle is free, with no time limit and no trial. Unlocking Power Eject, the speaker test and the tone generator is a single, one-time purchase — not a subscription. Once bought, it is yours on the Apple Account used to buy it, including through Family Sharing where enabled. You can restore the purchase at any time from within the app.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are requested through Apple, not through us, per the App Store's terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Ejecta on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
No warranty
Ejecta is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that any particular speaker will be cleared, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afig Aliyev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Ejecta, including any damage to a device or to hearing from use contrary to these terms.
Apple
The standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to Ejecta. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA differ, the term more protective of you as the end user applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or for any claims relating to it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
