These terms govern your use of Anella, an iPhone app that measures ring sizes on the screen of your device. By downloading or using Anella, you agree to them.

A ring size is a measurement, not a guarantee of fit Anella measures in real millimeters from a table of iPhone display densities, and lets you check that against a bank card. It is accurate enough to buy a ring by, but fingers change size through the day and with temperature, band width changes how a ring fits, and a resizing at a jeweler is final in a way an app cannot be. For an engagement ring or any purchase that cannot be returned, confirm the size with a jeweler.

Your purchase

Anella gives you one complete measurement for free, and the size-conversion chart stays free for as long as you have the app. Unlocking the rest is a single, one-time purchase — not a subscription. Once bought, it is yours on the Apple Account used to buy it, including through Family Sharing where enabled. You can restore the purchase at any time from within the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are requested through Apple, not through us, per the App Store's terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Anella on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

Use Anella lawfully. You are responsible for how you use the sizes you measure, including any purchase you make on the strength of one.

No warranty

Anella is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that a measurement will be accurate on every device or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afig Aliyev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Anella, including any purchase or resizing made in reliance on a measurement.

Apple

The standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to Anella. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA differ, the term more protective of you as the end user applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or for any claims relating to it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
